Balow's Hwy 7 warranty is as follows:

Without exception, the seller will not pay any amount for repair of parts sold to buyer, nor will seller pay the labor costs incurred by buyer in removing, replacing or repairing parts sold. The seller will not pay any other incurred expenses.

  1. Refund Policy
    • All Special Order items are not returnable
    • All refunds on merchandise paid by cash will require a copy of the original invoice. Items paid by check will require a 14 business day waiting period or copy of cancelled check.
    • No refunds on electrical parts or carburetor's and fuel injection parts.
    • Seller not responsible for buyers error
  2. Guarantee Policy
    • All transmissions, transaxles and rear ends are guaranteed for 90 days to work properly.
    • All electrical and fuel delivery parts are guaranteed to work properly at time of purchase only.
    • Sheet metal and tires are sold 'AS IS'.
    • All other parts are guaranteed for 90 days to work properly.
    • Guarantee is voided and parts are not returnable if used for modification and performance applications or parts taken apart.
    • Guarantee is to replace defective part with another of the same part. No cash refunds unless non-replaceable, at sellers option.
    • All hydraulic parts sold for REBUILD PURPOSES ONLY
    • No guarantee on electrical parts.
    • Guarantee is void on all parts that have had a heat tab attached to them by seller that shows signs of part being overheated, or on parts where buyer removes such tab
  3. Special Orders
    • Deposits or special orders are non-refundable
    • 50% deposit of purchase price is required on special orders before ordering can be done
    • Deposits left past 30 days are void, without prior agreement
  4. Cores
    • Cores must be returned within 30 days for refund.
    • Copy of invoice is required, no exceptions.
    • Cores paid by check require a 14 business day waiting period before refund, or copy of cancelled check.
    • All parts not drained when returned for core credit will be subject to $10.00 charge.
  5. Purchasers
    • Agrees to pay all collection and attorney fees and costs in connection with collection of this invoice
    • All checks returned unpaid are subject to a $25.00 fee
    • All defective parts must be brought to the seller's attention immediately.
    • All engines and transmissions are drained of all fluids prior to sale.
    • Used engines guaranteed not to have a cracked block, head, or bad crankshaft.
    • Used engines guaranteed against rod knock, excessive oil consumption, and excessive smoking.
    • Improper detent adjustment, low fluid level, failure to install new filter (AT only), broken front pump, or improper installation voids all warranties.
    • It is recommended that the buyer replace and or inspect front and rear main seals, filters and any gaskets prior to installation
